What is Hulu Desktop?
Hulu desktop is a new technology application that are build in Mac operation system.
Hulu Desktop is a lean-back viewing experience for your personal computer. It features a sleek new look that’s optimized for use with standard Windows Media Center remote controls.
Windows 7 Use Silently Introduce Hulu Desktop Feature:
Microsoft really impress with Mac operating system and get more things from that and Hulu Desktop is one of them, that Microsoft silently introduce in his new operating system.
Add Hulu Desktop in Windows Media Center:
You can directly launch and navigate the Hulu application from within Windows Media Center. I have confirmed this works with Windows 7 as well, though getting the tile to work appropriately is still a bit of a challenge.
The other challenge is returning to WMC when you’re done with Hulu Desktop. Pressing the “Green Button” will return you to Windows Media Center, but Hulu will continue to run in the background. This is pretty annoying when you accidentally hit the button during playback in a Pavlovian action to pull up the main menu. Hopefully the good folks at Hulu will see it fit to improve integration.
